Hi Corey. For this one have the eyes on different 'layers' in MonkeyJam. Then play with the timing. I would suggest starting the second eye blink not more than 4 frames after the first and seeing how that looks.
By having the second eye delay until the first has finished what you have animated could be interpreted as two separate winks, and not an eye blink.
